DESCRIPTION: The owners of this home lived in the multi-level home next door to this vacant lot that they owned. Being of retirement age they were looking to build a one level retirement home where they would live during the summer months while they spent the winter months at a condo in Arizona. Designed after retirement cottages that we designed for Pleasant View Retirement Village the home features two bedrooms and two baths. The master bath includes a roll-in shower with grab bars if at some point the owners become disabled.
